Dr. Brennan is a Board-Certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist through the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services and the Minnesota Medical Board.
Brennan graduated from AOMA Graduate school of Integrative Medicine in Austin, TX, in 2014 and began practicing soon after finishing the four Boards of Acupuncture, Biomedicine, Foundations of Oriental Medicine, and Chinese Herbology. He was recently awarded a Doctorate in Acupuncture from the Pacific College of Health and Science. Now, after almost ten years of pre-chiropractic, acupuncture, and oriental medicine training, he is proud to open Onalaska Wellness.
Brennan specializes in musculoskeletal dysfunction and orthopedic acupuncture. He has advanced training in the Ex store exam and restoration techniques. This technique works exceptionally well for recovering from sports injuries, acute injuries, and cross-fit recovery.
He is adept at treating chronic pain conditions as well. One of the most critical questions when beginning treatments with a pain patient is determining whether the pain is merely mechanical in nature, or is it a symptom of a more involved chronic systemic issue.
